Togetherness Counseling has been amazing! I highly recommend this practice to someone who is looking for a new therapist, this is it! And I have had more than one therapist in the past. Tara is the best and I know how much she cares about her clients and practice and I know even if you don't see her that if she picked the other counselors on her team, they have to be good.

Teens come to counseling with a variety of concerns. Just like adults, teens experience high levels of anxiety and depression. This is also coupled with a stage of life that is known to be unstable and chaotic. Teens are especially vulnerable to feelings of insecurity as they strive to figure out who they are and how to belong. As an adolescent counsellor, our job is to support your teen while they work through this stage of life and develop adequate coping skills and insight that will serve them lifelong.
